For ages Dried Fruits are very much part of the Indian diet. Indian sweets are loaded with dried fruits. Drinking Badam milk was part of our childhood. Cracking apricot shells in the door hinge was child play. But slowly because of so much ho- halla about sweets and dairy products, dried fruits are going away from our regular diet, now it is once a while kind for most of us.
